By using TrueRemedy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TrueRemedy provides a chat-based service that surfaces natural-remedy information sourced from public community discussions and selected creators. The Service is for general informational purposes only.
2. Not Medical Advice
Information provided by TrueRemedy is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Do not rely on the Service to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrueRemedy.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of TrueRemedy require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as listed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
5. No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription period, in whole or in part.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period, and we will not bill you for any further periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to harass others, distribute unlawful content, attempt to access or disrupt our systems, or impersonate another person.
8. Intellectual Property
All content presented through the Service, including the curated remedy database and creator content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without permission.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
